I started cake decorating when my oldest child was a year old, about thirty six years ago now. My first class was an adult education class at Loudon High School, and I was smitten. I went on to become a Hall of Fame Teacher with Wilton for many years. I have taken classes with Susan Carberry, Browen Weber and, Nicholas Lodge, plus countless classes through ICES.
My first ICES Convention was Atlanta in 1989. I’ve only missed one since then, the Seattle Convention in 1990. The Omaha Convention was my 26th Show. I have demonstrated at Tennessee ICES, many community events, and ICES Conventions.
I have served as ICES as Tennessee Representative, Treasurer and now Secretary, as well as serving as Treasurer for the ICES Convention in Nashville in 2002.
I have been married to Larry for forty one (41) years, have two sons, two daughters-in-law and three wonderful grandchildren. I work full time as a bank teller, and enjoy decorating cakes for my family, friends and co-workers
